Avatars for WhatsApp reportedly went live for a restricted group of Android beta testers. As a result of the update, WhatsApp users can now use Facebook-like avatars as their profile photographs and stickers, according to a WABetaInfo report. With the release of a fresh beta update for Android users, WhatsApp has been updated to version 2.22.23.9.
Avatars are currently being distributed to a select set of lucky beta testers on WhatsApp beta for Android, offering a new way to express oneself on the platform. You can alter your identity using avatars by generating a digital expression in WhatsApp Settings, according to WABetaInfo. With WhatsApp beta for Android version 2.22.23.9, certain fortunate beta testers can now create an avatar.
According to the screenshot in the post, WhatsApp will immediately build a new sticker pack so that you can share stickers with your friends and family after you customise an avatar. To use as your WhatsApp profile photo, you can also choose an avatar. If you wish to see if the feature is available for your account, open WhatsApp Settings. You can instantly begin creating an avatar if you discover a new area here called Avatar.
You might encounter a few minor challenges when setting an avatar because this feature has just recently been made available to a small number of users, claims the study. If this occurs, repeat the process until you’ve selected the avatar’s ideal appearance.
After downloading WhatsApp beta for Android from the Play Store, a select group of privileged beta testers have been given the chance to design an avatar.
