The leading manufacturer of electronics, LG, has increased its selection of air conditioners in India. The business has introduced the LG Super Convertible 5-in-1 range of air conditioners, which has special smart functions for maintaining hygiene and good health. The new line of LG air conditioners is part of the company’s new 2021 range of DUAL COOL Inverter models. The new line of air conditioners includes models that include voice control functionality as well as features like UV Nano Sterilization, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection, Dedicated Air Purification ACs, and WIFI AC. In India, LG has unveiled a new lineup of Super Convertible 5-in-1 ACs. Benefits to health and hygiene are claimed for the air conditioner, which is also advertised as having a power consumption reduction of 100% to 80% to 60% or 40% and an increase in cooling capability to 110% when faster cooling is needed. The new air conditioners also have flower and wave pattern designs.
The three new kinds of air conditioners have Hot and Cold Features built into them, so they produce clean, pure air while using less energy. In addition, the lineup includes 4 types of Eco Super Convertible ACs with Air Purification by PM 1.0 Sensor & Display, Ion Diffuser, and Filtration System that Includes Micro Dust Filter and Anti Allergic Filters. The other four models have Eco Super Convertible ACs, Ion Diffusers, and Filtration Systems with Micro Dust Filters and Anti Allergic Filters, as well as Air Purification by PM 1.0 Sensor and Display.
All of these LG air conditioners have LG ThinQ technology, allowing the user to monitor and operate the AC from any location at any time using a specialised phone app. The voice-controlled gadget may be used with Split and Window Inverter ACs and is compatible with Smart App, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant AI Speakers and Apps. Through LG’s Smart ThinQ, users will also receive notifications when filters need to be cleaned and can manage numerous home appliances. The new range is also equipped with a Low gas detecting system, which is intended to alert the user and turn off the system when it detects low refrigerant levels. The HD Filter, however, has a layer of anti-virus security. Cationic Silver Ions (AgNPs) deposited on the filter mesh render more than 99% of bacteria and viruses in contact inactive.
In contrast, the LED emits UV rays that are fitted just to the fan or blower, sterilising the air by rupturing any germs’ DNA and creating clean air while also rendering them unable to grow and multiply. The LG DUALCOOLAir Conditioners come with Ocean Black Fins to minimise humidity, dust, sand, smoke, and chemicals prevalent in the environment. This is said to ensure better performance compared to traditional fins and extend the AC’s lifespan.
The 10-year compressor guarantee and 5-year PCB warranty for split and window models are included with the new LG air conditioners. The split air conditioners range in price from Rs 39,990 to Rs 73,990. While the cost of a window inverter air conditioner ranges from Rs 36990 to Rs 54990.
