With the introduction of the HP ENVY x360 convertible laptop, which is powered by an AMD Ryzen CPU, HP India today expanded its premium offering in India. The new HP product has an angular Damascus design and is Dark Ash Silver in colour. The laptop’s multi-threaded processor, potent integrated graphics, small bezel, and edge-to-edge backlit keyboard are some of its other standout features.
The HP ENVY x360 laptop, with a starting price of Rs 60,990, is aimed at millennials in India and will go on sale in November. The cost of the convertible laptop’s 256GB version is Rs 74,990. Starting today, interested buyers can pre-book the laptop through HP India’s website. But keep in mind that preorders are only available through October 25.
The laptop has a Corning Gorilla Glass NBT touchscreen with an HP Active Pen that is touted to respond very intuitively.
Four effective modes are included with the HPENVY x360 convertible laptop to improve user experience. Depending on what the user is doing—writing, drawing, viewing movies, designing, etc.—the laptop can change modes.
As previously reported, the AMD Ryzen Mobile processor inside HP’s ENVY x360 laptop is said to provide up to 175% better multi-threaded CPU performance and up to 41% faster application startup times than the 7th Gen AMD FX 9800P.
According to the manufacturer, the laptop’s battery life with this processor can last up to 12.5 hours and can charge from 0 to 50% in about 45 minutes using HP Fast Charge technology.
With its CoolSense technology, HPCommand Center, which is included with the recently released convertible, helps users to optimise system performance, fan noise, and temperature. Additionally, the HP ENVY x360 supports gigabit Wi-Fi, which offers quick internet connections for a variety of streaming apps.
Vickram Bedi, Senior Director, Personal Systems, HP India, said during a speech at the launch that, at HP, we believe in insights-driven innovation that enables us to provide the PC experiences that people demand. The HP Envy x360 is a brand-new addition to our inventory of high-end goods and combines a chic, streamlined appearance with excellent performance and quality at a competitive price.
