Use Adobe Acrobat Pro
Open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro in step one.
Step 2: Click File and choose Compress PDF or Reduce File Size.
Step 3: Choose a location to save the file, then click Save.
Use the Adobe Acrobat online compressor
Visit the official Adobe website in step 1.
Step 2: Select Online tools by clicking on PDF & E-signatures.
Third step: Scroll down and choose Compress PDF.
Step 4: Select a file and upload the PDF file you wish to compress by clicking the button.
Step 5: After the file has been uploaded, choose the level of compression. Choose High compression and push Compress for the smallest file size.
Step 6: Your PDF will now be compressed and have a smaller file size. To download the zipped PDF, click Download.

Go to www.smallpdf.com/compress-pdf in step 1.
Step 2: Drag the PDF document into the red box or choose one from the file viewer.
Step 3: After the file has been uploaded, choose the amount of compression. Select Strong compression and click Compress for the least file size. You’ll need to log in using your Google Account to do this. Choose Basic compression if you wish to compress your PDF without registering.
Step 4: Your PDF will be compressed, resulting in a smaller file size. To download the zipped PDF to your device, click Download.
