Go to Settings > Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls on your Android smartphone in step 1.
Step 2: As soon as you enter the Digital Wellbeing box, you’ll be able to see the top three apps you use most frequently and for how long.
Step 3: You may tap on the graph to open the Digital Wellbeing dashboard, which provides specific statistics on your daily smartphone unlocks, screen time overall and by app, notifications overall and by app, and total notifications received.

You may also click on any specific app to view detailed app-by-app usage statistics for that application on a daily and weekly basis. You can examine your screen time statistics for any day in the past by seeing all this data for both the current day and the days prior to it.
