Haier, a Chinese manufacturer of consumer electronics and home appliances, today introduced its Quantum Dot 4K Curved LED and Slim LED televisions in India. The brand-new Haier products start at Rs 2,09,990 and have cutting-edge technologies like 4K UHD and HDR displays.
The new line of televisions is offered in two sizes—55 inches and 65 inches—in both Slim and Curved configurations. The new televisions from Haier are powered by the Android operating system and will have every feature a Smart TV possesses. The televisions offer a 4K Ultra High Definition resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, as we already explained.
The televisions have HDR-capable Quantum Dot displays, which are supposed to produce flawless colour. The Haier televisions offer more vivid colours in the projected images thanks to this technology. The Curved (Q9800QUAG) model is the better option if you want a more immersive experience but the Slim (X7000QUA) model is the better choice if you want an almost bezel-less experience.
The brand-new Haier televisions have Wi-Fi built right into them, allowing you to connect them to the internet. By doing this, you can get to a lot of apps and stream online entertainment. The new line of televisions also has a Smart Share feature that enables wireless connection of a smartphone to a TV. Therefore, by connecting your mobile device and television via the Smart Share feature, you can see any content, including photographs, movies, and other media, on your television. A Dolby Decoder and a Smart Remote with a QWERTY keypad are also included.
In India, the 55-inch Curved model of the Haier Quantum Dot 4K LEDTV costs Rs 2,09,990, while the 55-inch Slim model costs Rs 2,19,990. Priced at Rs. 2,59,990 for the 65-inch Curved variant and Rs. 2,69,990 for the 65-inch Slim model.
The president of Haier India, Eric Braganza, made the following statement during the launch: “With the introduction of Haier Quantum Dot televisions, we are enhancing our premium LED TV range to give the greatest picture quality and an immersive experience that never fades.” This line is intended to deliver spectacular design, richer colours, and greater contrasts to bring the authentic colours of India to life. There are options for Slim and Curved screens.
