The Acer P Series Android TV looks and functions like any other standard LED TV in its price range right out of the box. You get a watch with light black bezels, V-Type dual footings, and a weight of under 6 kg. The TV can be mounted on the wall or placed on a table (wall mounts are not part of the package). Under the massive 42-inch display up front, Acer logo is visible in chrome. The manufacturer has positioned the IR receiver and the LED off light underneath that. Additionally, the power button is located behind that.
On the Acer P Series Android TV, all of the connectivity ports are side-mounted and face the right side of the TV rather than the customary left. Two HDMI, two USB, one Ethernet, one 3.5mm audio out, one 3.5mm aux to composite (an adaptor is supplied in the package), and one antenna port are among the attachment ports.
Use the ergonomically sound IR remote control to access the majority of the TV‘s features. Once the Google Assistant is configured, the voice-activated remote can do everything from play your favourite Netflix show to look up a recipe on YouTube. Additional buttons on the remote are designated for TikiTV, Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video (here you get some free global channels, basically free online TV).

The Acer P Series AndroidTV is very simple to set up. If you already have a Gmail account—which the majority of us do—just turn on the TV and follow the onscreen instructions to get started in 5 minutes. Additionally equipped with WiFi, the TV may connect to any router.
In terms of the Acer P Series Android TV‘s technical specifications, this smart TV includes a 64-bit quad-core processor, 1.5 GB of RAM, 8 GB of storage, and 24 W (12 W x 2) of downward-firing speakers that are tucked under the TV. Pure sound and Dolby audio are also supported by the TV. The LED screen has a 1,920 x 1080p (FHD) resolution, 350 nits of maximum brightness, and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio.
The Acer P Series Android TV did surprise us when we put it through its paces. We did not anticipate such a high-quality image. There are many display modes available, including Movie and Dynamic, and each does the moving images on the screen justice. A specific audio menu that lets you select the audio genre also appears when you use the volume controls on the remote control. The Hz frequency is automatically equalised by this.
When compared to the other smart TVs in the bracket, the TV‘s start-up time of around a minute seems a little excessive. It may be due to less RAM. However, everything functions flawlessly after the Android for TV OS 10 has fully loaded. The load times for any movies or shows from sources like Netflix, YouTube, or Prime Video are short, and the applications open rapidly. You can flip between them quickly as well.
The AcerP Series Android TV does not exhibit ghosting or noise, and the colours it displays are accurate. Additionally, it includes a unique digital noise reduction technology that intelligently reduces grains. No matter what you want to watch, a sporting event or your daily soap, this TV will do it credit because the blacks are deep. The sound on this TV is also quite strong. We never once thought a soundbar was necessary to connect to this TV. The remote works well and clearly recognises all audio commands made with Google Assistant. We also had no problems at this place.

The use of USB pendrives is also supported for all the common file formats, including MP3, MPEG 4. When turned on, the Acer P Series AndroidTV uses only 75 watts of power. Numerous apps are preloaded, and the 4.5 GB of free storage allows for the download of many more (out of the total 8 GB). Acer has a winner thanks to the price of Rs 21,999. Although it may be a new brand in the TV industry, the Acer name gives this one a lot of credibility. Without second thought, you should purchase it.
Pros“>Pros

excellent 3D sound

Cons“>Cons
Not 4K
It takes a little while to switch on.
A little bit more RAM would be ideal.
